Camyo is an English language exam preparation platform supporting PTE Academic, PTE Core, and IELTS. The Platform provides practice modules, AI-assisted scoring, progress tracking, and mock exam simulations.

The Platform is currently in early access. Features and availability may change without notice.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the Platform without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, practice questions, scoring models, and design — is the property of Camyo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. AI-Assisted Scoring

The Platform uses AI to provide feedback and scores on writing and speaking responses. These scores are intended as practice guidance only and do not represent official exam results or guarantees of performance.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Camyo does not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results obtained will be accurate or reliable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camyo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
